With only 60 employees, it can produce 45,000 bottles of milk per hour, all thanks to a fully automated and self-contained production process following Japanese technology. The entire lean manufacturing process brings efficiency, high productivity and cost savings to Yakult. The production process is carried out by six successive function rooms: seed culture, fermentation and mixing, quality control, bottle molding, milk filling, and packaging.

Furthermore, the factory is specially designed to accommodate guests with disabilities, on the first floor of the distinctively designed Yakult factory, you can tour the entire automated production process through the glass.

2️⃣ Strict hygiene management

In the production area, there will be no windows to prevent the entry of insects outside. Equipped with AHU air filtration system to remove harmful microorganisms. Employees must maintain strict personal hygiene before entering the production area. The quality management department will check the level of microbiological contamination of the air environment as well as the machinery and equipment monthly.

3️⃣ Sterilization in production

Use modern sterilization equipment, sterilize at high temperature to have a source of sterile milk and sugar water. Through each processing stage, the product is sterilized, to ensure that it provides quality products and retains the most beneficial microorganisms. The product does not use harmful colorants, this is a natural color created by the sterilization process.

4️⃣ Factory meets ISO 14001 standard

The Yakult Vietnam factory has been certified to ISO 14001:2004, an international standard for environmental management systems (EMS). By using high-quality materials in the world and using advanced Japanese technology, ensuring that the final product is nearly 99% compared to the original raw materials, so there will be less waste. environment.

The amount of wastewater after production is not only treated with microbiological technology but also continues to be treated by the wastewater treatment system of Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park, before being discharged into the environment. In addition, all materials used are clean ingredients, do not create toxic waste, do not emit smoke, and do not make noise.
