  • Prioritize activities by matrix: Urgent & Important
  • Risk Rating Matrix: Cause & Effect
2. Do – Make a sample to measure
3. Check – Check and re-evaluate activities according to original goals and objectives
4. Act – Improvement: Improve to make BCP more and more perfect

In addition, we must not only stop at business continuity planning, but also let risk management in the enterprise become a culture - a culture that proactively recognizes risks, prevents risks and partially address the risks. Above all, it is the culture that dares to take calculated risks so that we can work together on bigger jobs/projects as the saying goes: Big boat - big waves.

With the approach from: Thinking -> Strategy -> System -> Process -> Operations and need more activities, more time and resources, etc., risk management will become a culture. in the enterprise.
