The reality shows that the management of people is becoming more and more complicated, many businesses have to face difficulties when they cannot manage people, especially the mentality of employees changes over time.

Therefore, businesses will gradually replace people with automated machines, and switch from human management to machinery and equipment management to avoid "erratic rain and sunshine" in the context of business needs. Business increasingly requires stability to be able to survive and maintain sustainable development. Working with people is often affected by psychological, cultural, emotional, loyalty issues... making business owners feel tired and pressured, so businesses want to reduce the burden this down as much as possible. New business models need to delve deeper into how to combine labor and capital to generate profits.

In terms of macro, the state needs to change to encourage these business models to be born easily and quickly in order to achieve success. Speed ​​and local insight are the two main factors that determine the survival of businesses in this period.
